A graduate of the College of the Ozarks with a major in Accounting, Mike has been in business in Potosi for almost 40 years. A native of Washington County, Mike served as the Washington County Collector for 6 terms, and is now serving as the State Representative for District 118 in Jefferson City. As the senior tax preparer, Mike ensures that all corporate, partnership, estate and tax-exempt returns are completed on time. He and his wife Diane make their home here in Potosi, and as a small business owner himself, Mike knows the challenges that self-employed people face. His knowledge and experience as an auditor for the State of Missouri are an invaluable resource for our firm.

Shelia Baker
Shelia stepped into the role of office manager in March 1992. As the senior Account Representative in the office, Shelia oversees the day to day operations of the office, and handles all new client relations and business start-ups. With over 30 years of experience behind her, she can provide the answers that small business owners and individual taxpayers need to meet their tax obligations.
Terri Watson-Mills
Terri came to work for us in December 2000, and she performs accounting and business tax services for a host of clients, on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. She generates all the year-end earnings reports and handles client billing. With more than 20 years of providing specialized services to our clients, Terri ensures that our clients stay compliant with all their filing responsibilities.
Sandra Howell
Sandra joined our team in 2019, coming in seasonally to serve as our front line liaison for tax clients. Her smiling face is the first one you see when you come in during tax time, and she brings a lifetime of clerical experience and customer service skills to our firm.
